In accordance with current Data Protection Act 15/1999, Shoppertec informs that the personal data of Users of the website will be entered and processed in an automated file belonging to Shoppertec and be managed exclusively for the purpose described in each form or means of response. By subscribing to our newsletter or registering in our private part, the User consents to the processing of his/her data by Shoppertec and the sending of information and advertising on products and services.

Shoppertec, as the file controller, undertakes to ensure the secrecy and confidentiality of personal data provided to it, adopting for this all necessary security measures to prevent its loss, unauthorised modification or unauthorised access, in accordance with the implementing regulations of the Personal Data Protection Act approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December.

  1. Anti-spam policy

The provider states that they are completely against the sending of unsolicited commercial communications and any type of conduct or representation known as “spam”, and also states that they are committed to the fight against these types of abusive practices.

For technical and service quality reasons, the Shoppertec website is housed on the servers of the company Arsys Internet (privacy policy). For similar reasons, the email subscription and newsletter service is provided from the premises of the company MailRelay (privacy policy).

Both Arsys Internet and MailRelay are adhered to the (Safe Harbor), principles, in accordance with Commission Decision 2000/520/EC of 26 July 2000 which  makes them entities with an adequate level of protectionfor the purposes of the Data Protection Act.
